great shuttle service from the basel airport to the hotel and back

It took over 40 minutes for the free shuttle to arrive. I am a female traveller and I had to wait in the -4 degrees celsius weather, on my own outside a deserted airport at 10pm - not good. I asked staff to book me a taxi for the next morning and it never turned up. The rooms were cold, breakfast was incredibly pricey for what you got and the bed had blankets instead of a duvet - this is the 21st century for goodness sake!

the location was comfortable and unbeatable, close to local bakeries, an early morning taxi, airport, and the decor. the breakfast was great with a croissant. 3. the value paid was excellent. 4. the staff who served breakfast were very helpful.

The hotel shuttle was quick to pick me up at airport with an English speaker. Hotel was a good value for the money particularly since the shuttle is free if you just need a place to stay for one night. Bed comfortable but more blankets are needed in cold months.

The web site does not state that they are located in France. When I received confirmation I immediately had to cancel my reservation thinking that I had book the wrong Captain Hotel. Then I had to call Booked.net and they explained and re-instated it. The tv emitted a bright blue light that wouldn't shut off and became very bright as it got darker. Room was very cold upon arrival and took too long to heat up. Dark halls until you find light switches.

I got a great breakfast with a croissant and the value paid, as for instance. Location: the hotel was next to fantastic transport links via the train station, and the transfer service offered. Very responsive and extremely helpful staff at the reception desk, and facilities were good here.

The convenience to the euroairport and the free shuttle service. The food was of good quality and reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and of comfortable size. Nice helpful English speaking reception staff. I would always use this hotel for my overnight stay and have used it once before.
